PP Spun Bonded Filter Cartridge

PP Spun Bonded Cartridge filters are manufactured through a process that thermally bonds pure Polypropylene microfibers with lower density at the outside surface and progressively higher density toward the center. The fluid to be filtered passes through the filter matrix and retains the particles inside the matrix which provides high efficiency and longer filters life. PP Spun Bonded Filter Cartridges can be used either as a pre-filter or final filter for industrial, chemical process, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, cosmetics, water and other applications. PP spun bonded filter cartridge filters manufactured through a procedure that thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers with minor density at the outside surface and progressively higher density toward the middle. 

The liquid to be filtered passes through the filter matrix and retains the particles inside the matrix which gives high efficiency and longer filters life.  It can be utilized either as a pre- filter or final filter for industrial, chemical process, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, cosmetics, water and other applications. PP Spun filters are manufactured of thermally bonded polypropylene microfiber to make sure high efficiency. Thermally bonded microfiber has minimum fiber release and constant flow rate. They are best for food and beverage application as they don’t impact color, taste or odor of the fluid being filtered. They are also suitable for high temperature application up to 80 degree.  PP Spun Filters are best pre- filters and polishing filters where there is a fairly wide contaminant particle size distribution. The depth filtration mechanism also gives excellent control of gelatinous contaminants. A fixed pore structure formed by the non- shedding, bonded medium prevents release of trapped particles. The self- supporting fiber matrix makes sure a coreless deign that is both economical and strong. The polypropylene filter medium gives broad chemical compatibility.
